Service Description

75 mins advanced shooting development for experienced high school and competitive players. Training focuses on game-speed footwork, movement shooting, pull-ups, step-backs, shooting off screens, creating separation, contested shots and decision-based shooting. Higher intensity, greater complexity and more repetitions prepare players to create and make shots in competitive game situations.
