 Recovery education

 

Daily Schedule

9:30am: Arrval

9:45am-10:45am: Strength Training @CF COBE

10:45-11am: Break

11am-12:30pm: Skills Session

12:30pm-1:15pm: Lunch/ Swim / Rest

1:15pm-2pm: Stretching / Core work / Recovery

2pm-2:15pm: Break

2:15-3:45pm: Game Scrimmage
