​COBE Compete is designed for motivated athletes ages 12–17 who want to elevate their game through structured, competitive, and skill-focused training.   COBE Compete offers 3x3 and 4x4 leagues,  skill development sessions, off-court athletic training, and Private Training options.  COBE Compete helps to grow players technically, physically, and competitively.

Introducing 3x3 and 4x4 competitive leagues for athletes 12-17. 

How it Works

- Register as an individual

- Teams will be formed following the week 1 evaluation session

- 6 week season (team adjustments after wk 2 as required)

- Set schedule (3x3- 3x 15 min games/night) | (4x4 - 2 x 30 mins games/night)

- 1 week playoffs tournament to determine the COBE 3x3 | 4x4 champs!

Skills Development

​On-Court Training

​

Skill development is essential for all basketball players, whether they are new to the sport or competing at a high level. There is always room to learn and improve.

COBE Skill Development Programs are designed to be progressive and collaborative, providing peer support, motivation, and shared learning experiences. In basketball, players win as a team and lose as a team—and at COBE, we believe they also grow and develop as a team.

       January 17- February 25, 2026​​

Girls 12-14 years old - Saturday 2:30pm-4pm

Girls 15-17 years old - Saturday 4:15pm-5:45pm

Boys 12-14 years old - Wednesday 6pm-7:30pm

Boys 15-17 years old - Wednesday 7:30pm-9pm

STRENGTH  Training​​

On-court skills development is only part of what's needed to become an elite level player.  Off court strength training is essential for all aspiring players.  COBE Training Grounds will work with athletes to build strength & power, improve agility and jumping ability through focused programming designed specifically for basketball athletes.

January 20 - March 10, 2026

 

8 week program - 1 x per wk

Boys 12-17 years old - Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Girls 12-17 years old - Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Private Training 

​1 on 1 Private Training:

The 75 minutes sessions are designed for competitve level players who aspire to rise to the next level.  The focus remains on the core fundamentals skills, but applied under high intensity and through complex drills, designed to make players uncomfortable.

​​PRIIVATE TRAINING 

​

  • 5 session: $475 +hst

  • 8 Sessions: $720 +hst

  • 10 sessions: $850 +hst
