Service Description

Designed for athletes looking to focus on skills development to help elevate their game to the next level.  With a focus on fundmental skills, packaged within enhanced technique and strategic play, this program delivers high-intensity training tailored to intermediate/junior school aged players. Each 90 minute session combines skill development in shooting, dribbling, and defensive positioning with dynamic, high-energy drills. ​Players will apply their skills in small-group gameplay, reinforcing their learning while building confidence and improving on-court decision-making.
